Project Description
SES has helped to deliver (24) new Walgreens and renovated (12) existing Walgreens with Evergreen Builders/RTM Construction, Wilger Enterprises, Catamount Constructors and Chaase Building Team. With (4) different floor plans established by the Walgreens Corporation, each store stands alone as an anchor tenant in shopping centers and are approximately 14,500 +/- square feet in size, with site improvements and parking lot requirements varying by location.
