Lookout Mountain Elementary School

As the electrical contractor for this multi-phased project, Spectra Electrical Services, Inc. worked hand-in-hand with the General Contractor in order to allow the students continued occupancy of the existing campus while the new 99,000 SF elementary school was constructed on the same site. The demolition of the existing campus and the completion of ball fields occur in Phase II. Lookout Mountain Elementary School includes a number of sustainable features, including a LED lighting systems, building automation systems encompassing HVAC Controls & Lighting Controls and state-of-the-art geothermal HVAC system.
