Carl Hayden High School Addition & Renovations

SES participated on this project in a Design/Assist capacity with Adolfson & Peterson Construction, under its CM@R contract with the Owner. Over 100,000 square feet of the existing campus was renovated and a new 34,000 square foot administration building was built for the school. The existing site wide electrical power distribution system was replaced as part of this project. As part of the renovations, all existing HVAC, lighting and special systems were replaced with energy efficient equipment, providing the school significant savings on annual operating costs.
