Lacy Rackley

Lacy started her career in the Construction Industry in 2007 as a Purchasing Clerk for a residential home builder and quickly acquired a passion for the industry. Throughout the years Lacy has developed interpersonal relationships with clients for whom she has worked with, allowing projects to progress smoothly by minimizing downtime through detailed planning and client communication.

Lacy works in a broad capacity in her Project Management support role, with her most recent achievement in being the Assistant Project Manager on the EPCOR Water LUKE 303 Wastewater Reclamation Facility Rehabilitation project.
In hopes of broadening her abilities and knowledge, Lacy is currently obtaining a 4-year associates degree in Project Management.

Since joining Team Spectra as an Assistant Project Manager Lacy has been promoted to Project Manager, and just recently named Site Manager for a large semi-conductor manufacturing facility.
