Philosophy~

SES' Safety philosophy is to foster and strive for an "Injury Free Environment". Our objective is to complete work in the safest possible manner, while delivering the quality expected by and within the timeframe demanded by the Client. SES employs a third-party consulting firm, who works in conjunction with our Corporate Safety Officer (VP Of Field Operations) who assists management in updating and monitoring an effective overall Safety Program. Their objectives are to advise management and supervisory personnel on safe work practices, to supply information required to comply with the Client's respective Safety Programs, our Company's Safety Program and OSHA regulations, and to ensure that records are maintained and submitted as required. The SES Corporate Safety Officer and the third-party consultant assist management in determining that job supervisors and first aid attendants are qualified and trained to meet the special conditions existing on a given job. To assure that adequate implementation occurs in the field, safety personnel will visit each job as directed (as well as randomly on a weekly basis) and report their findings to management. Reports summarizing safety activities will be submitted to upper management with copies to the appropriate Project Manager and Field Supervisors.
