Taylor Place
(Phoenix, AZ)Part of Arizona State University's Downtown Campus, this project is a 366,500 square foot facility. Comprised of twin thirteen-story towers in Downtown Phoenix's Copper Square area, the dormitories will be home to more than 1,000 students upon completion. SES employed BIM (Building Information) Technology on this project, in conjunction with the GC and other major subcontractors.

Agua Fria High School Re-model

Wells Fargo Call Center
This was an extremely fast paced installation of a Data / Call Center. This installation included a "cube farm" that is filled with power drops, cable hung fixtures, voice/data, special systems. This facility also housed PC mainframe, and high security areas.

City of Chandler Community Services Building
(Chandler, AZ)New construction of a new Police Station, Fire Station, and an addition to a City park, that shared one site. Both facilities were filled with the latest, high tech special systems that are required by Emergency crews. The police station housed community meeting rooms, suspect holding areas, and much needed office space. The Fire Station houses 12 dorm rooms, Fitness room, Day use areas, and Truck bays that are controlled via the Emergency Dispatch system.

Rose Mofford Sports Lighting Retrofit
(Phoenix, AZ)Scope was to remove and dispose of the original outdated sports lighting fixtures, and reinstall high-tech modern sports lighting fixtures. The new fixtures have PC interface controls, high efficiency ballasts, and better light output.

Mohave / River Valley High School Renovations
(Mohave/River Valley, AZ)Mixture of new construction, and renovation. The addition of new science labs, gymnasium, electric rooms, Special systems, PA system, Fire Alarm.
