John Brunia

John possesses a diverse background in construction related project management and estimating, with a heavy emphasis in the electrical field. John has worked in the design/build, new construction, light industrial, high-tech and service related areas within the industry. John's responsibilities at SES include supervising our team of Project Manager / Estimators, overseeing all of the marketing, project management & estimating activities to include bid proposals, project delivery, labor & cost tracking and customer service.

Jeff possesses 17 years of Electrical experience. Jeff has a well rounded background spanning from Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, to Commercial Construction and Outside Sales for an Electrical Distributor to Purchasing Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager for an Electrical Contractor. Jeff has a desire to understand the needs of a project and ability to deliver the required resources to best service our Clients needs. Jeff's responsibilities include pre-construction activities such as pre-bid jobwalks and/or conferences, review of project resource requirements, analysis of Procurement needs for each project, Vendor Relations.

Tom Campbell
VP of Field Operations

Tom possesses 30+ years of construction experience, with 6 years spent as a MEP superintendent and division manager in the general contracting world. Tom has supervised the installation of many types of projects, ranging in value from $500 to well over $20M. Tom's diverse project resume includes high rise construction, water and wastewater treatment plans, prisons, schools, hospitals and various hi-tech facilities throughout the country. From simple Service Calls and Tenant Improvements to complex projects such as Utility Yards at some of the Valley's largest manufacturing plants to a $140M prison, Tom has accumulated not only knowledge, but the experience required to understand how to safely execute a project on-time and within budget. Tom's desire to understand the needs of a project and ability to deliver the required resources enable SES to field an impressive array of Tradesmen in which to service our Client's needs. Responsibilities at SES include pre-construction activities such as pre-bid jobwalks and/or conferences, internal and external pre-construction meetings, review of project resource requirements, selection of supervisor(s) and manpower for each project, resource scheduling, site visits and the Safety of our field staff.

John E. DePace

John has 35 years of experience and has held various positions within the Electrical Construction industry. Previously as an Electrician, Foreman and General Foreman in the field, John spent 15 years in the field and eventually worked his way into the office as an Assistant Estimator. John has spent the last 20 years in various estimating and project management capacities, from Junior Estimator to Senior Project Manager to Chief Estimator . His experience lends itself directly to his ability to not only estimate projects, but to conceptualize projects with relatively minimal information. John's responsibilities at SES include all aspects of Estimating, Conceptual Estimating, Design/Build, Database Management and Pre-Construction services.

Lloyd "Skip" Thompson

Skip has worked in various capacities within the electrical trade since 1967. Prior to his work in the "office", Skip worked as an Apprentice, Journeyman Electrician, Foreman and General Foreman in the field for 27 years. Skip's experience lends itself directly to his ability to not only estimate projects, but to envision the finished product and all the associated activities required to move the project from a 2-D planset to the completed project in the field. Skip has also spent time as a Purchasing Agent and Project Manager, lending additional experience and understanding to the projects he estimates. Skip's responsibilities at SES include all aspects of Estimating; from conceptual budgeting to lump sum pricing and from bid inception to completed estimate.

Stephen M. Land

Stephen has a diverse technical background in the Arizona Electrical Market, with the last 15 years of his career in management and estimating. Stephen has worked in the design/build, design/assist, industrial, high-tech systems, commercial, utility infrastructure and service related areas of the industry. Stephen's responsibilities at SES include project management, project specific estimating, project delivery, labor & cost tracking and customer service.

John has 18 years of construction experience behind him. John has mainly worked on the electrical side of this industry. John brings an excellent work ethic to the team at Spectra and it's customers. John's responsibilities include pre-construction activities such as pre-bid jobwalks and/or conferences, estimate take-off, vendor solicitation, proposal preparation & presentation, proposal follow-up and hand-off of project documents to the selected SES project manager on successful bids.

With 13 years of experience in the electrical industry, combined with a quick progression from apprentice to supervision to management, Ryan's experience adds another quality asset to the Project Management Team at SES. Possessing a strong desire to learn and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Ryan is often assigned "special projects" for SES. Having previously owned and operated his own electrical contracting firm, Ryan has the unique ability to "think outside the box", all the while remaining committed to the safe and timely completion of the projects within his charge.

LaCroy Johnson

Lacroy brings 34 years of electrical construction and service experience to the Team at SES. Lacroy has a broad range of project types and values from which to draw experience from. However, for the last 15 years, Lacroy has focused his energies in the extremely specialized are of Electrical Service work. Managing this type of work not only requires electrical knowledge and experience, but also patience, courtesy and most of all flexibility. Lacroy enjoys the hectic pace of the Electrical Service environment, running up to 22 trucks on the road. His portfolio of repeat and satisfied Customers evidences this. Lacroy's responsibilities at SES include all estimating, material & tool procurement, scheduling and manpower coordination of the SES Service Department.

Greg Pitzer
Project Manager

Greg has worked in the electrical construction industry for 30 years in various capacities. Starting with the IBEW Local Union 640 apprenticeship program in 1977 his field work experience has included working as an Apprentice Wireman, Journeyman Wireman, Foreman and General Foreman for several local contractors. In addition to his experience in the field, Greg has been the owner and operator of two (2) successful electrical contracting companies. Greg's duties at SES include all aspects of project management on projects awarded / assigned to him, as well as overseeing the JOC project administration for the various prime JOC contracts which SES holds.

Steve Plautz
Service Coordinator, Estimator

Estimator, Service Coordinator: Juggling the work load that the Service world can throw at us in any given day, seems to come naturally to Steve. He possesses the fast paced skills that are required to not only schedule our Service technicians, but also to estimate multiple projects at one time. Steve has the ability to estimate projects ranging in size from $50 to $1 million dollars.

Amanda McAuliffe

As a Project Engineer, Amanda is deeply involved in all of Spectra Electrical Services projects from the time that we receive a letter of intent, through close-out documentation. Tracking and control of project Contracts, Submittals, Plan revisions, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, RFI's, Changes, are all part of her day to day routine.

Sean Campbell
Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager, Sean has an extensive logistics background, which is a key function for his position. Spectra Electrical Services has a centralized Purchasing Department. Sean oversees all Material purchases, Coordinates deliveries to every project, and tracks open / back ordered items. In addition to that, Sean also manages our vehicle fleet, and tool inventories.

Warehouseman

Brian brings 15 years as a route driver throughout Arizona, and the US. He wears many hats for Spectra Electrical Services, Warehousemen, Tool Maintainance, Shipping / Receiving, and Job Site Deliveries. His knowledge of the valley, and hard work ethics keep our tools and material in the hands of those who need them the most.

Jen Brown
HR, Payroll

Jen has more than 5 years combined experience in payroll/human resources, with almost 2 of that with Spectra, and approximately 8 years experience in accounting in general. Her duties at Spectra include the handling of all new hires, cutting payroll checks, processing all garnishments and employee deductions, working with the electrical union on monthly reports and preparing all payroll taxes, among other things.
